I submit to Your Lordship herewith a Draft- Schedule, in accordance with
the above recommendation, containing the offences specified in the Draft Extradition Ordinance of 1876, above referred to, together with others the inclusion of — which experience has seemed to render desirable. I think,

on the part of China, the contents of this schedule should be settled between Her Majesty's
